HAND TIES WORKSHOP

Service Description

A first introduction to knots used by surgeons in theatre, and how to tie them. The session will cover reef knot, surgeons knot, tying at depth, and drain stitch. For virtual sessions: We recommend for you to have a 25-60cm piece of string (or something like a shoelace or floss will work too) and something to tie it around. A mug and keyring (or something similar) are also useful to help you practise tying at depth. You will be added to a Microsoft Team. Please join at the time of the session.
